A Reiki Healing Session treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, and wellbeing. A session begins with a touchless scan to determine where there is healing needed or where energies are blocked or misaligned. Then starting with the head, gentle healing touch is applied to the body to channel energy into the body to release blocks and encourage energy flow freely. Eye pillows and blankets are available for extra comfort for in person sessions.

In a ThetaHealing® Session, we connect together through meditation and Spirit to do feeling work and release binding negative ideas or belief systems that are holding you back from manifesting the healing and the life you want. We recognize and remove those beliefs, and replace them with positive and affirming ideas and thoughts renewing your outlook and opening the doors for greater things. Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses a hypnotic induction and then a guided semi-meditation to help you achieve a heightened state of focus and relaxation. During a hypnotherapy session, I guide you into this relaxed and resourceful state through induction which is verbal queues and visualization.

Hypnotherapy allows us to see things from a different perspective to heal - from finding anchors to re-visiting your past and more. Doing work under hypnosis allows you to be more open to suggestions and find learnings that can help modify your waking thoughts, behaviors, and perceptions.

A Past Life Regression (PLR) hypnotherapy session aims to access memories of previous lifetimes through hypnosis and deep relaxation.

Past Life Regression sessions can bring many benefits including, but not limited to, emotional healing, understanding relationships, spiritual growth, breaking patterns, unlocking talents, and seeing the world through your eyes as someone else.

A session begins with an induction, where I guide you into a relaxed state. Then I guide you to take time and explore your memories that emerge at different times in that lifetime. Then we discuss you memories to understand the significance and how they relate to your current life.

Crystal and sound healing is a holistic practice that combines the vibrational energy of crystals with sound therapy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Different types of crystals are used for their unique vibrational properties and they are placed on or around the body to assist in balancing your energy fields and chakras. Then Sound Therapy starts using Instruments including a natural rattle, singing bowls, crystal sound pyramid, chimes, and bells tuned to frequencies that resonate with the body’s energy centers. The sound waves help to clear blockages and restore harmony.

Crystal and Sound Healing are great for Stress Reduction, Emotional Healing, Physical Healing, Improved Sleep, and Chakra Balancing.

A Reiki Group Experience is a transformative and relaxing experience for up to 25 people. It is held in a safe and comforting environment with soft lighting and music. The experience starts with a short talk on Reiki and how it works to help relax and promote self-healing and what you can expect during the upcoming experience, and then moves into a short semi-guided meditation to connect you to Reiki Energy and be a part of a Healing Experience. After the Meditation and Connection time, you will be brought back to the present moment and there will be time to discuss your experiences with the group (if wished).

For Reiki 2, 3, and Master, we are happy to teach any one from any Reiki lineage. Animal Reiki class is available for folks who have completed the beginner and advanced (levels 1 & 2) of Usui Reiki, or equivalent.

Did you know that animals are the angels of this earth? They are naturally calming, healing, and want to help their human companions. Just as human beings can get energy blocks, animals can experience them too. A session begins with me meeting your animal and determining where the blocks and misalignments are. Then gentle touch is applied to the animal to clear and align the animals energies.
